Contract Placement

When full-time headcount is unavailable or unnecessary, temporary staffing provides organizations incredible flexibility. Sayess Search Partners offers temporary staffing solutions that utilize the same recruiting process as direct hire placements. Our consultants become Sayess associates, and we manage all back-office payrolling, benefits, and employment aspects. We bill the company on an hourly basis for the consultant's services, and contract lengths range from 3 months to 1 year, with the option to convert to full-time employment following the contract period.
