Direct Placement

Contract Placement

Many companies need great talent but can’t hire permanent staff for several reasons. When full-time headcount is unavailable or unnecessary, temporary staffing provides organizations and candidates incredible flexibility. Sayess Search Partners offers temporary staffing solutions that utilize the same recruiting process as direct hire placements. As a contract employee, you would become a Sayess associate, and we manage all back-office payrolling, benefits, and employment aspects. Contract lengths range from 3 months to 1 year, with the option to convert to full-time employment following the contract period.
